the first jUDDI_v3 Snapshot hit the repos.

A lot of work came together, and we have our first successfull deploy of 
jUDDI_v3 to the repos!

Hopefully we can close the last task on 3.0 alpha, so we can start the 
vote on the 3.0 alpha release.

In the meantime we should try to clean up the bugs (only 4 left) 
assigned to v2.0.After the 3.0 alpha release we can release 2.0 final, 
and move the 3.0 codebase to the trunk.

I created a 3.0beta module in jira, so please take a look at what is 
there. We talked about breaking down some of the bigger tasks into 
subtasks, so please do so we can load balance them between us. Let's 
plan to have a IRC chat this Wednesday.
