This is inspired by [https://github.com/apache/ozone/discussions/8368]

Similar to Ceph Rook (https://rook.io/) and Minio Operator ([https://github.com/minio/operator),] Ozone can support Kubernetes operator that enables automatic management and operation on Ozone.

This requires a lot more research and design.
