dev.apache.org CVS module?

    I asked this before, and someone else suggested it quite a while
    ago, but I think any discussion of it got sidetracked by other hot
    issues.

    Would anyone object to my creating a dev-site module (a la
    apache-site) and checking in the various documents and items living
    in dev.apache.org?  I'd personally feel better if things like the
    `project plan,' the style guide, and so forth were under CVS
    management..

Glad to see it happened, though that area could definitely use some
cleanup.  Like maybe a real index.html to start :)
