About Payment Gateway Configuration and PayFlow v2/v3 end of life

Hi to all,

I have completed the development of new payment gateway configuration (JIRA-OFBIZ-2269) and I would like to commit this job on the next days if anyone disagree with that.
This is the first step to introduce the new entities and screens to handle those new features and every payment gateway integrations (Payflow Pro, CyberSource, ...) working as previously.
After that I could start to convert Payflow Pro integration using the new payment gateway configuration features.
Another urgent task is to make Payflow Pro integration with OFBiz compatible with the latest PayPal SDK v4 because from September 2009 the older version of SDK v2/v3 will be no more supported and no more function.

Could you please let me know you tought on it ?
