1) The number of httpd work tasks is higher than max_connections, leading to mysql error when load is high. Looking at the average load it seems best to reduce the number of work tasks.

2) mysql needs tuning, the buffer pool for indexes is too small (run tuning script, and look at result)

3) myisam tables should be converted to innoDb for better performance
