After adding the bundleContext_retainServiceReference function, Celix compiled with FRAMEWORK_TESTS=ON doesn't build anymore.
Reason is because the related mock functions are not added.

Attached patch that implements the missing mocked functions and adapts the framework CMakeLists.txt
