JUDDI 0.9 + tomcat 5.0.27 didn't work overnight

Hi there

I encountered an odd thing: 
Installed juddi0.9 in tomcat 5.0.27, running uddi4j client code can search and publish. After a quite long time, e.g. overnight, running same uddi4j client code to search caused exception of Unexpected end of input stream. At this time, the juddi validate in juddi url looks fine. If restart tomcat, then running same uddi4j client code again, it works again.

I am using mysql database and set juddi?autoReconnect=true in tomcat server.xml. 

I believe it is not the problem of client code and mysql database. I am not sure it caused by tomcat or juddi as I can not test them separately.

Anybody can give me a light?
