   node /rules is null, details are shown in bellow:
   ```shell
   [zk: localhost:2181(CONNECTED) 3] ls /
   [lock, metadata, null, props, rules, states, zookeeper]
   [zk: localhost:2181(CONNECTED) 4] ls /rules
   []
   ```
   And, zookeeper is deployed in a docker.
