[Option][userconfig.xml] file not found ???

Context:
I'm using fop 0.20.4 and I'm trying to used a user defined font.
On Tomcat-4.0.4 under JDK1.4
I have the xml font metrics file and I had the following code into the
userconfig.xml :

The files are in the good path.
But I have the following error when i try to use this font :

Is there any error in my code???
How to make it working ???
Is that a bug ???
