Resolution: Fixed
Thanks kathleen. This fixed the issue.
sqoop import --connect jdbc:oracle:thin:@host:port/SID --username user --password pass --table EXAMPLE.TESTING_SQOOP
As you mentioned the issue is by specifying the driver.
