[users@httpd] Apache http mod_xmlrpc documentation

hi everybody,

I want to use the module mod_xmlrpc, but I could not find any useful
information, how to configure it and how to add or register the user
functions.
does anybody know a link for documentation about mod_xmlrpc ?
anyone who has experience with that module ?

any hint apreciated
