website API doc

Hi all, Seb,

I want to update API doc of our website to publish 4.6 API.  do we use
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack-www now?  so I have to do a PR  with
the new API doc or it's still using SVN ?

it’s all on the website now.

that’s the last bit that is not automated.
We need to build the html and push that directly.
