[users@httpd] brandwith with vhosts

Hi.

I've installed apache 2.0.49. It works great for me.
I use mass vhosts config. (virtualdocumentroot)
My users have webpage with: http://user.mydomain.com

Now I want to restrict this webpage to specyfic brandwith (for example 1G/month). But how to make it ?
I intrested brandwith per user not for all.
