   @AMashenkov, looks like the is one more cause of memory leaks: `org.apache.ignite.internal.sql.engine.util.BaseQueryContext#EMPTY_PLANNER`. It keeps a `RelOptSchema` in a `registeredSchemas` set. But `RelOptSchema` is a wrapper upon a `IgniteSchema` which stores a link to all created `TableImpl`'s. 
   
   Let's override a method with name 'registerSchema' for `org.apache.ignite.internal.sql.engine.util.BaseQueryContext#EMPTY_PLANNER`
