*Steps to reproduce*
1.Login to the application as admin.
2.Create a user and assign role as admin.(Check the logs under audit menu ==>admin tab)
3.Change the role of the user as user.(Check the logs under audit menu ==>admin tab)

*Expected result:*
1) The application should display information regarding the role of the user.
2) Information regarding the change of role should also be displayed.

*Actual result:*
The information regarding the role of the user is not shown for user create/update operations.
