[DISCUSS] release OWB-1.6.3 and OWB-1.2.9

Hi folks!

As already mentioned a few times I’d like to soon ship new OWB releases.
Gonna work on the open issues in the coming days.

If you have any problems which need resolved then ping us/work on it now.
Please also check the issue list and update the status of things you think are resolved, etc
