The planner keeps a hash trace for contributions to the planning-time tuple cache key. This is useful for debugging. There is no equivalent functionality for the runtime key (which is hashing scan ranges, etc). The runtime key is getting more complicated, so we should add a cache key trace for the runtime key. We will need a way to compute/display it only when requested.
