Is:
The example does not compile
- new DefaultPageManagerProvider() does not exist. The application is needed as an attribute.
- pageManagerContext is not visible. A getter must be used.
Proposal / working example:

	super.init();
	setPageManagerProvider(new DefaultPageManagerProvider(this){
		@Override
		protected IDataStore newDataStore() {
