[ApacheDS] [Controls] Test case for cascade control?

Hi PAM,

Ping me when you have that test case committed or attached to the JIRA Issue
for this cascade control.

Hi Alex,

Sorry for the delay.

I had some troubles when building the server yesterday and had to install
the tanuki wrapper maven dependency myself in my M2 repo to be able to build
the server. I'll investigate more on that today, but there might be a pb...
