Unable to find namespace camel-cxf and camel-cxf-transport related NamespaceHandlers load XSD schemas that import CXF schemas - the namespace handlers themselves have to do it as well.
In task [https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-10611] fixed this problem in the camel 2.18 and the camel 2.19
