That worked with one minor issue. It added one of my struts.xml files twice. I am guessing this is because when I click "Configure" it adds it initially. But then your code adds all of them after I click "OK".

No errors in the logs this time, but the File Sets were still not selected. I've also include the log file at the bottom just in case.
_To reproduce_
- Uninstall existing Struts plugin and remove all module references and filesets
- Restart IDE
- Install Struts plugin
- Click on "Configure" within Frameworks detected pop up notification. You'll notice only one file is listed (there should be more). Press OK.

Wouldn't a better fix be to have the complete list appear in the original "Config Dialogue"? I feel like the duplicate detection/deletion is a band-aide versus presenting the user with the correct list in the first place. Is this possible?

This PR worked well in my initial testing of IntelliJ 2025.2. Great work.
One thing I noticed is that when I restarted my IDE after installing, it did correctly identify that Struts configuration existed. However, when I clicked to add the settings, I checked the Project Structure > Modules > [module] > Struts 2: "file set" - and nothing was added. That said, when I did manually add all the struts.xml files, everything worked as expected.
