We currently do the following:
* Host Javadoc for all released versions on the website
* Publish individual modules' Javadoc, as well as the aggregated Javadoc, for each nightly build in the Snapshot repository. And, Jenkins CI stores JARs as well.

Given that we release monthly, I think we are already doing a great service to users here... probably return on investment here is rather low, right?
