   I think we're currently lacking a bit in that area. One appropriate place for the tests would be in the postgresql-metadata-storage extension (currently it only has limited tests: https://github.com/implydata/druid/blob/master/extensions-core/postgresql-metadata-storage/src/test/java/org/apache/druid/metadata/storage/postgresql/PostgreSQLConnectorTest.java).
