   Hello,
   
   When rewrite domain is enabled. For ex. 
   ModPagespeedMapRewriteDomain cdn1.cloudfront.com https://www.website,com
   
   And hint_preload_subresources  is also enabled.
   
   The returned domain in the header for the preloaded resource is https://www.website,com. The resource preloaded https://www.website,com/css/asset.css is not used later.
   
   The returned domain in the header must also be rewrited. The resource preloaded must be cdn1.cloudfront.com/css/asset.css
   
   In this case 2 css assets are downloaded in the browser: 
   https://www.website,com/css/asset.css (in header preload) 
   cdn1.cloudfront.com/css/asset.css (found in htnl)
   
   It's an issue or i'm missing some setting.
