New version of OOO's "The Microsoft Excel File Format" has been released

FYI

http://sc.openoffice.org/excelfileformat.pdf

Looks like there are a few improvements and additions. This document
continues to be my prime source for info when trying to fix POI bugs.
I find the MS document, "MICROSOFT OFFICE EXCEL 97-2007 Binary File
Format (.xls) Specification", to be much less useful (mostly because
navigation is hard).

cheers,
josh
