Jeremiah Johnson closed BEEHIVE-139:

Assign To: Jeremiah Johnson (was: Michael Merz)

Don't know if there was a specific case Michael was worried about without a repro. From my perspective, check are done at compile time so I believe that the intention of the bug has been fulfilled.

> Currently, WSM performs all semantic checks and object model validation steps when the web service's URL is hit the first time. Instead, (or additionally) these checks should be performed at build time to prevent faulty web service artifacts from being deployed. (This does not seem to be part of JSR-181.)
