jarring up everything under one dir using ejbjar

Hi,
  I am using ejbjar(using  <ejb-name> naming scheme) to create the jar for
each individual ejb.
  Now The jar file includes ejb-jar.xml and all the classes defined inside
it. 
  The dir structure is for each bean there is a different dir. 
  I want the jar file to include all the other files(e.g.
weblogic-ejb-jar.xml etc.) existing in that dir
