**[2019-12-06T06:10:22.355Z]** Hi  @kchando, I went through the PR and the
JIRA and there seems to have been extensive back and forth on the proposal and
it wasn?t really checked in. I think the recommendation was to write an S3
specific state store. @htran1 and @kadaan will have the most context on this.
