[I] [Feature] Add shadows to the periphery of the map panel [echarts]
scallopsF opened a new issue, #21362:

### What problem does this feature solve?
It is not possible to add shadows to the periphery of map sections for only one country. If a shadow option is added, shadows will also be added to various sections within the country, which is not what I want
### What does the proposed API look like?
Just provide the corresponding API

Thanks for the clarification! I understand now — I’ll use Turf.js to compute a dissolved boundary polygon and then apply the shadow to the outer periphery only.
If it’s okay, could you please assign this issue to me so I can start working on it?

This can be done by computing a dissolved boundary polygon with a geo tool like [turf.js](https://turfjs.org/docs/api/dissolve). Here is a [demo](https://codepen.io/plainheart/pen/GgZJEqj) on Codepen.

@RaghavRR Glad to hear that! But we don't have a plan to introduce a third-party library into the codebase, and I think there is no immediate need to add this feature for now. Some examples would be enough for the developers.
