Free or not Free?

Your page with the following address (below) shows an
entry for "Free" Hosting (Cocoon) for developers --
which leads to a site that has "discontinued" the
"Free" part, but (you're in luck!!) they offer a PAY
site - since you are already at their site.

This seems misleading to me.  What are your thoughts?
