Please help review new wiki page

Hi folks,

I just created a wiki page to help people learn how to contribute to the
Shiro if they're new to the whole ASF thing.

The page is based heavily on the a similiar page on Apache Forrest.

Can you please review the page and make sure its accurate, especially on the
more technical components?
