Syllable-mixing by hyphenation

           Summary: Syllable-mixing by hyphenation
           Product: Fop
           Version: 0.20.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: fop-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: WZiegler@t-online.de

If words are containing special characters,
using the hyphenation for language de and de_DR
causes in the pdf output a mixing of syllables:
(other languages not yet tested)

Example:
in .fo : Kältemittelkreislauf
in .pdf : ltemittel-
            Kkreislauf

instead of: Kltemittel-
            kreislauf
