### What happened
1. Failed to write hive table when type of partition field are java.sql.Date and java.sql.Time;
2. `"MICROS"`, `"MILLIS"` and `"SECONDS"` are ignored before in `CustomDateFormatSerializationSchemaWrapper` and `CustomDateFormatDeserializationSchemaWrapper`
### What you expected to happen
No bugs.
### How to reproduce
Add a Time field with "SECONDS" format in dataflow info and start a sort job.
