struts and apache

I was using struts with tomcat all works perfectly, but, with apache the URL
encoding does not WORK.

In fact apache don't like the URL format of the generated URL which have
this format : 

Display.do;jsessionid=67y0mogsf1 

Apache don't recogonize the ";".

What can I do?
