order of sign and encr in .NET

i know that in the specs order of signature and data reference elements
is important to decide the order of sign and encryption. are there any
known issues about .net (biztalk) handling of the order? since biztalk
outputs DataReference above Signature element and this causes decryption
before signature and sign validation fails because decryption changes
the value of body element.
