   Why dont you want to allow user to configure a path of the webserver_config.py?
   Why do you hardcode it?
   There is no way to mount this file from configmap to AIFRLOW_HOME  in k8s cluster. It will fail!
   What if I want to customize this file and mount it into the airflow container?!
