in order to produce realistic results the {{AbstractExternalTest}} benchmark base needs to initialize the {{ExternalPrincipalConfiguration}} such that upon login the {{ExternalGroupPrincipalProvider}} is enabled.

And while doing so: the {{BenchmarkRunner}} currently always sets dynamicMembeship to false.
