Restarting Giraph 1.1.0 release

Hi!

after a few conversations with Giraph PMC
it seems that we'd be better off if we restart
Giraph 1.1.0 release with the current state
of trunk.

It also seems that at least the following 3 PMC
members:
   Maja Kabiljo
   Eugene Koontz
   Claudio Martella
are willing to put their time into actually voting
on the RC.

To that end, I'd like to restart the release
activities next week. I really hope we could
have a release by the end of the month.

Please let me know if there's anything you
know of that may derail our release plans.
