Happy Holidays from Graphulo

Accumulo & GraphBLAS Colleagues,
  As you may know, MIT is developing a native Accumulo graph mathematics library called Graphulo.  This library is being designed to provide the core building blocks for writing effective graph algorithms in Accumulo.  The first step is specifying the mathematics of what should be in the library.  The core mathematics of the library is derived from GraphBLAS (see http://istc-bigdata.org/GraphBlas/).  Example graph algorithms implemented with the GraphBLAS can be found in at

	graphulo.mit.edu

Cool stuff! Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to working with ya'll 
(looking at the mention of trying to get it in as a contrib project).

Our plan is:

Phase 1: Graph Mathematics Specification
- Define library mathematics
- Define example applications and data sets

Phase 2: Graph Mathematics Prototype
- Implement example applications in Accumulo prototyping environment
- Verify that example applications can be effectively implemented

Phase 3: Java Implementation
- Implement in Java and test at scale

We are just finishing up Phase 1, so we don't have any Java code yet.
That said, the examples in the slides are in Matlab, which is code,
so that might help a little.

I took at a look at the slides at the link, but I'm more of a code kinda
person. Do you have corresponding code available to accompany the slides?
