   ### Description
   
   WideTable is commonly used in OLAP scenarios, which always result in many Null Columns. As a result, skipping batches of null data during computation is a natural optimization in MPP systems.
   
   Since there is already a NullMap in class `ColumnNullable` to indicate whether value in specific position is null or not, we can use that to bring into SIMD optimization to skip batches of null data. 
   
   Further more, we could automatically do such optimizations based in CBO in the future.
