Thanks Leo, what process would we have to go through to get it in the Apache maven repository? Then people won't have to install it locally to use it, they can download it from within their builds?

Cheers,

Marcus

> Hi All,
> Hope all is going well.
> I've written a simple maven plugin for Fortress that generates component metadata for those of us using Fortress in Maven built environments.
> Since ibiblio still has Fortress 1.0 the dependencies point to this version, once it's updated 1.1 I'll update the plugin accordingly.

Ok, as far as I can tell it looks like I have enough permissions to do
this.

I guess there needs to be a process adhered to though within our group
before uploading anything 'official'. Anyone got any recommendations
about how best to approach this?

Cheers,

Marcus

I think you should install it on
minotaur.apache.org:/www/www.apache.org/dist/java-repository in the proper
group. The rumour has it, that it will be propogated to ibiblio.org from
there.

Cheers
