Although Oak dependencies are marked as optional in Maven in https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-jcr-contentloader/blob/1f8b07340150fefc8bd7175b46e37a34709651d7/pom.xml#L160-L165 the import towards Oak packages is not.
