/dist changes

This is mainly for Doug who is the only one who releases mod_perl.

in /www/perl.apache.org/dist I've unpacked mod_perl-1.99_04.tar.gz and
added symlinks:

    ln -s mod_perl-1.27 mod_perl-1.0-current
    ln -s mod_perl-1.27.tar.gz mod_perl-1.0-current.tar.gz
    ln -s mod_perl-1.99_04 mod_perl-2.0-current
    ln -s mod_perl-1.99_04.tar.gz mod_perl-2.0-current.tar.gz

now the online mod_perl documentation uses these symlinks to point to
the current tgz, so we don't need to modify the docs on every new
release. the second pair of links is used so we can point to
mod_perl-1.0-current/Changes and mod_perl-2.0-current/Changes, again
without remembering to modify the docs.

See: http://perl.apache.org/download/index.html
where it's now used.

So please remember to update the symlinks when releasing new packages.
Thanks.
