HI Sachin,

I just tried with DemoCustomer at https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ecomseo/ and it worked, see:
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ecomseo/viewprofile

You need either to reproduce there or give us more detailled information
