General <--> Projects

Hi gang,

what's the exact seperation between these two? The
website (http://incubator.apache.org/howtoparticipate.html#Mailing+lists)
doesn't list them...I'd like to update, but I'm not sure
what description to post.

general@incubator.apache.org is the Incubator Project discussion list.

projects@incubator.apache.org is the list where Incubating Projects that 
do not have their own list disciss development or where all Incubatong 
projects can collaborate on development. Basically a common dev- list.
