We’d like to request a customisation for the default "create issue" screen for the COUCHDB project.
>From the current list of fields, there are a number that we either make no use of, or that we can’t reasonably expect reporters to fill out in a first step.
In order to make it easier for people to contribute to CouchDB, we’d like to remove these fields:
"Due Date", "Original Estimate", "Assignee", "Priority", "Labels", "Fix Version", "Skill Level".

Also "Review Date" seems to be new, we don’t need that either on “Create New Issue”.
