[portal] : events + link to another tab

Hi,
 From a coplet, I'm sending events to another coplet that is in another tab.

I want, when I click on this link :
1) that events and actions realize
AND
2) and to be redirected on this other tab.

No problem for item 1.
Fo item 2, I can do this with <cl:link layout="..."> but I need to know 
the value for this parameter. I'd prefer to use pageLabel.
Is it possible ? Is there a parameter too ?
