Request for Scout v1.1RC1

Hi all,
  I have removed the xmlbeans dependency and brought in JAXB into Scout in the v1.1 branch (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SCOUT-43).  I have merged it with the latest changes in trunk.  So basically v1.1 branch is the latest with all the changes that happened in trunk.

Given this, I would like to propose a release of Scout v1.1RC1 asap.

+1 from me.

We can hold another vote to make v1.1 the trunk.

Hi Anil,

Pretty cool to go to JAXB :). Great work.
However before we can do a release I think we need to at least fix 
SCOUT-72, since this is a blocking the TCK issue.
