[jira] Created: (TUSCANY-1144) Type Schema Location

Type Schema Location
--------------------

                 Key: TUSCANY-1144
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-1144
             Project: Tuscany
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: Java SDO Implementation
    Affects Versions: Java-SDO-Mx
            Reporter: Yang ZHONG
             Fix For: Java-SDO-Mx

SCA Java2WSDL has an option not to regenerate XSD if a static SDO comes from XSD,
therefore the originating XSD location info is required for a (static) SDO Type.

[jira] Commented: (TUSCANY-1144) Type Schema Location

Posted by "Frank Budinsky (JIRA)" <tu...@ws.apache.org>.

Frank Budinsky commented on TUSCANY-1144:
-----------------------------------------

I'm not in favour of storing schemaLocation directly in SDO metaobjects. The SDO specification workgroup has an open issue for SDO 3 to provide support for "More Granular XML Schema Generation". The solution to this problem should be consistent with the direction the spec takes.
