How to implement "Conditional Formatting" with POI HSSF?

Hi,

 

I am trying (unsuccessfully) to copy conditional formatting from an
existing cell into a new cell. My worksheets highlight cells different
colours based on their value - basically a traffic light report.

 

Can anyone help me with this?
